Multimedia Education Embodiment
I relocated from Darwin to Melbourne in 2009 and now live in the Yarra Valley on an organic permaculture farm (peacefarm.com.au) where I live in connection with the rhythms of nature. At PEACE Farm I manage a wellness centre where I teach yoga, and facilitate wellness events and retreats. I have experience working in an online environment (solo and with a team). I enjoy people and project management (both online and face to face). I can patiently teach people from all backgrounds and abilities. And my greatest strength is my positive can-do attitude.
Video & Audio Editing
Over 20 years experience in freelance video and audio editing using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro. Most recent projects include a video for Yarra Ranges council Children's Week, The Interplay project's NDIS videos, a promo for Warburton Environment Great Forest National Park, 8 short videos for the Centre for School Leadership, Northern Territory, and a suite of videos for the Menzies School of Indigenous Health Research No Smokes project, NT. I am currently directing and dancing in a multimedia performance called Moving Landscapes.
E-Learning Development
Over 10 years experience in E-learning course design and development, initially for Northern Territory Open Education Centre (NTOEC) and the NT Virtual School in Darwin, and then as a freelance multimedia developer for Charles Darwin University, Darwin (Powerup Plus with e-tools, E Assist) and Menzies School of Health Research (No Smokes), NT. More recently I have worked on several projects for the NT Department of Education (PreVET quality assurance, editing video and audio and implementing the suggested changes in Articulate Storyline, and developing new Storyline units for the Cert 1 in Leadership). I am very familiar with ESL pedagogy and especially in creating educational resources to suit the specific learning styles of Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander (ATSI) students.

Embodiment
I studied to be a Japanese Yoga teacher in 2001 and since have developed my own style of yoga incorporating poses that help to shift the energy and emotions in the body, using intentions that are based on the season, moon and astrological cycles, the chakra system, and TCM organs and meridians, to bring greater healing and balance to our WHOLE body (physical body, heart/emotions and spirit). I have since also developed Empowerment yoga, using postures and vocalisation to find and embody our inner strength and voice. I also collaborate with Louise Wigg on Body of Empowerment workshops for women, promoting positive body image and self-love. I am a Soul Dance facilitator and help to facilitate regular dance events both at PEACE Farm and in Warburton.
